Lisa and Darren’s Wedding

1. Brief

Lisa and Darren approached Impact AV to create an audio visual design to highlight every special moment of their wedding reception. They wanted to embrace their vibrant fun-filled wedding day with beautiful colours, and to screen a special video of their time together as a beautiful couple.

2. Approach

Impact AV created lighting looks for every aspect of their reception by using our entire lights package at Waterview. To create these magical looks we used all our moving lights, roof wash lights, bridal table lights and our LED Up lights. The event looked amazing!

During the planning stages, Darren also approached us with a slightly unusual request. Lisa (the bride) plays in a duo with her brother, and they wanted to do a few songs on the night.

With extensive communications and planning technicians were able to setup more band equipment to complement their instruments, and even perform a quick sound check, between the ceremony and the reception. During the formalities, unbeknown to Darren, Lisa had also secretly organised with Impact AV to surprise Darren with a special performance dedicated to him.

The Bride and Groom were delighted with the results.
