Police-Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) approached Impact AV Australia with an idea to celebrate their 80th anniversary with an “80 Years young” theme. This was an event where the organisation could recognising their longevity and relevance and to honour outstanding contribution to PCYC.
Formalities on the night also included performances from the NSW Police band. The National Anthem performed by Belinda Parsons and NSW Police Band. “We are Australian” was performed by PCYC Blacktown Singers.
A full venue audio system was used to bring quality sound to the guests. Five roof mounted screens and projectors were deployed to showcase the several support videos used in throughout the night. A lighting system (40 x intelligent moving lights) with Vista control were operated for custom theming and award presentation. Extra LED up lighting was placed throughout the venue in red and blue PCYC theme to enhance PCYC’s brand. Also LED up-lighting highlighting vintage police vehicles outside the venue. Finally two custom PCYC gobos were implemented for moving lights projecting logos throughout the entire venue providing visual stimulus and reinforcement to PCYC’s logo.
The final outcome was outstanding! PCYC communicated their message and their brand through the use of audio visual to an excellent effect.
